- Legislative Decree No. 13/2021
- Directorial Decree of March 17, 2022.
produced with the purpose of informing importers, in particular SMEs, of tin, tantalum and tungsten, their ores and gold (Conflict Minerals), on the main requirements and obligations to be fulfilled and to provide knowledge of the regulation and its effects, facilitating the understanding of both the language and the sectoral terminology, the application logics, the specific tools available in order to initiate and manage the due diligence process in accordance with European and national regulations.
