Information and awareness:
The National Competent Authority (NCA) promotes the dissemination of the contents of Regulation (EU) 2017/821 and the due diligence obligations by organizing information, guidance and training initiatives for the adoption of the due diligence by Union importers throughout the supply chain, in particular for SMEs. The initiatives are open to the participations of stakeholders and civil society, informations are avalilable in this section of the site.

November 08 2024, Assonime podcast available on SPOTIFY, dedicated to the European Conflict Minerals Regulation and its relationship to the most recent EU measures establishing due diligence requirements in international trade.
On october 29 2024 took place the digital event organized by Division IV “Policies for Small and Medium Enterprises, Start-ups, Cooperative Movement, Social Economy” of the Directorate General for Industrial Policy, Industrial Conversion and Crisis, Innovation, SMEs and Made in Italy (DGIND) - MIMIT's Department of Enterprise Policy - entitled “Due Diligence Obligations in the 3TG Minerals and Metals Supply Chain - Activities and Initiatives of the National Competent Authority for the Application of Reg. (EU) 2017/821,” mainly addressed to the Industry Associations of 3TGs importers and some institutional contact persons.
